A2M Fibrinogen Concentrate is a specialized kit designed to provide a concentrated solution of Alpha-2-Macroglobulin (A2M) and Fibrinogen Proteins, offering at least 6x concentration. A2M, a naturally occurring protein in the blood, is known for its protective properties against destructive proteins, making it an essential component in tissue protection and regeneration.

What is the difference between the PCS-05 and the PCS-04?
The PCS-05 uses a smaller filter and processes 60 mL of blood (~30 mL of plasma) per run. The PCS-04 uses a larger filter for 120+ mL of blood (~60 mL+ of plasma). Choose based on your typical plasma draw and the concentrate volume you need.
The CORE Ultrafiltration System, manufactured by EmCyte Corporation, concentrates platelet-poor plasma proteins – primarily Alpha-2-Macroglobulin (A2M) and fibrinogen – to at least 6x their baseline concentration, directly at the point of care.
Each kit includes one PCS-05 concentrator unit (smaller filter), one hydrophobic filter, and two 60 mL syringes.
